At The Dunfield Retirement Residence we are pleased to offer a full range of assisted living suites and services, all carefully designed and professionally managed. Two entire floors are devoted to full assisted living at The Dunfield, including the fully secured fourth floor catering to residents who require dementia care. We are a wheelchair friendly environment. At The Dunfield we pride ourselves on our quality of compassionate care and we provide an initial and ongoing partnership with family members and medical specialists. Each resident is assessed and a customized care plan of assistance is individually developed to support independence. Assistance is provided with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene and grooming, incontinence management, medication supervision and dispensing, socialization and supervised activities. Registered professional skilled nursing staff and support workers are available 24/7 and therapeutic care and activities such as physiotherapy and registered massage therapy are available. Advanced Emergency Response Systems are monitored by professional staff around the clock for comfort and peace of mind.
